Refunds may not be issued in cases where the issue arises from your device, internet connection, or other factors outside of Contour’s control.

2. Subscription Refunds

For Contour’s subscription-based services, refunds for subscriptions are governed by the following terms:

  • Cancellations within Trial Period: If a free trial period is available and you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged. If you are charged due to an error, please contact us for assistance.
  • Cancellations after Billing: If you cancel a subscription after the billing cycle begins, the service will continue until the end of the billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

3. Digital Products and Content

Contour provides access to digital products and content, which are typically non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except in the case of technical issues that Contour is unable to resolve. This includes, but is not limited to, video content, downloadable resources, and access to premium content.

4. Requesting a Refund

  • Fees for services already rendered
